About Us
The Schroon Lake Region finally has a new dentist!
Dr. Levey’s dad, also a dentist, taught him that “attached to each tooth is a person, and usually an anxious person.” That mantra has stayed with Dr. Levey for his entire career, and he has set up his practice to remember that person attached to the tooth. You can expect a very different experience at Dentist ADK starting with our compassionate and experienced team. You will also notice our commitment to modern materials and technology. Our philosophy is simple; treat everybody like family. Our office is small (in a good way), warm, and inviting. Dentist ADK is designed to be the exact opposite of most corporate dental offices—and it allows us to create a unique dental experience.
Dr. Bard J. Levey was graduated from Hamilton College (1987-Cum Laude), and then from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill in1991. He then completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of Rochester ‘s Eastman Dental Center in 1992 before entering private practice in July 1992.

Dr. Bard J. Levey (aka Dentist ADK) is a general dentist with over 30 years of clinical experience. He also taught dentists dentistry, as the Director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis.
Dr. Levey is determined to make his office different from most others. Small. Accommodating. Responsive. Empathetic. Dr. Levey understands the 3 main reasons people avoid the dentist; Time, Fear, and Money. Dr. Levey wants to break down these barriers to dental care because we all know that either preventing dental problems or treating them early are your best options.

- Quality Dentistry does come at a cost. Dr. Levey and his team will always communicate fees and financial expectations PRIOR to starting any treatments. They are happy to make payment plans to allow you to get your dental work completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- The Schroon Lake region has not had a local dentist for years and people have been forced to travel long distances to seek care, often disrupting their work and life schedules. Dentist ADK is conveniently located on Schroon Lake’s Main Street (right next door to Stewarts).
